Who: In Your Write Mind is a writers conference that is organized by the alumni of the Writing Popular Fiction MFA program at Seton Hill University.

Author guest of honor, RG Belsky

RG Belsky is an award-winning author of crime fiction and a journalist in New York City. His newest mystery, Broadcast Blues, was published in January 2024 by Oceanview. It is the sixth in a series featuring Clare Carlson, the news director for a New York City TV station. The first book, Yesterday’s News, was named Best Mystery of 2018 at Deadly Ink. He has had been a top editor at NBC News. Belsky has published 20 novels.
WPF guest Speaker, Alexander Darwin

Alexander Darwin is the author of Combat Codes, an action-packed and character-driven science fiction trilogy set in a world where the fate of empires is determined by battle-hardened warriors who are trained to compete in brutal single combat. Outside of writing, he teaches and trains martial arts (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu).
Agent Guest of Honor, Dr Uwe Stender

Dr. Uwe Stender, Agent and president of Triada US is a full member of the AALA (Association of American Literary Agents), he is interested in all kinds of non-fiction and fiction. In the adult fiction market, he is very interested in Suspense, Thrillers, and Mysteries. He would also love to see more adult Romance. In contemporary YA fiction, he is primarily looking for everything Romance, Rom Com, Boarding School settings, Thriller, Friendship stories, OR a combination of those, plus a dash of horror. He is also looking for YA Graphic Novels.

They have worked in the publishing industry as an editorial assistant, author’s assistant, publicist, and art director. Sarah is a former Pitch Wars mentor, board member, and Agent Liaison. Sarah N. Fisk loves books that challenge societal norms, especially gender norms. They have a personal interest in stories featuring queer characters or characters with disability, neurodiversity, chronic illness, or mental health challenges. Sarah is on the lookout for young adult and middle grade of all genres, adult romance, and adult science fiction, fantasy, and speculative fiction. No hardcore horror.

As an In Your Write Mind attendee you’ll be given a tour of a mock crime scene and learn how forensic science experts analyze the evidence.
