The book is described by its publisher as “a wickedly funny and deeply disturbing novel about a near future in which the lawful are locked up and the lawless roam free.”
A book signing and wine & cheese reception will be held after the lecture in the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh Main Branch’s First Floor Reading Room.
The signing line with Margaret Atwood will be fast moving. All audience members will receive a numbered signing pass upon entry and the signing line will proceed in numerical order. Ms. Atwood will personally greet you and will sign any books purchased from Classic Lines Books or up to 2 previously purchased backlist titles. Because of the large demand, there will not be time for any posed photos or personalization. Plan to arrive early to obtain a signing pass for an early spot in line. The Library Lecture Hall will open at 6 PM.
